• Inventory current investments
• Analyze and review portfolio
• Survey the NCI Divisions to ascertain areas of new investments
• Identify potential collaborations that don’t exist today
• Develop a plan to send to the EC for investment across the NCI, including:
• activities ready for immediate implementation
• links with other strategic priority areas
• outcomes and measures
• timelines
• required resources
