- Inventory current investments
- Analyze and review portfolio
- Survey the NCI Divisions to ascertain areas of new investments
- Identify potential collaborations that dont exist today
- Develop a plan to send to the EC for investment across the NCI, including:
- activities ready for immediate implementation
- links with other strategic priority areas
- outcomes and measures
- timelines
- required resources
